AFS will assist you in defining your market, including
market segmentation, sizing, and penetration as well
as identification of business opportunities. Using our
market knowledge of comparable size banks and the product
needs of the target markets, we'll identify and recommend
the products/services you should offer to specific market
segments and determine the strengths and weaknesses
of your existing product array by market segment. We'll
look at compatibility with markets and determine whether
the existing product suite meets the needs of the market
segment, identifying any product gaps.
We identify opportunities for introducing new products
to your market segments, for filling gaps in your product
suite, for product development, and for eliminating
unprofitable products.
We also assess the competition and determine a delivery
and pricing strategy that best meets the needs of your
market(s). As a part of this assessment, we determine
the most appropriate delivery channels (e.g. branch,
mail, back office, Internet, Intranet, wireless, etc.)
for targeted market segments, by product.
We determine the costs and benefits of buying vs.
building products or delivery channels for specific
markets and help you decide whether it is preferable
to process internally or to outsource certain processing
functionality, product delivery capabilities, customer
set-up, information delivery, etc.
