Integrated Information Reporting
An integral component of every AFS solution is the delivery of relevant information to create financial value. AFS' Integrated Information Reporting solutions grew out of the Company's years of experience in identifying cost reduction and revenue improvement opportunities working with most of the top 100 U.S. banks. Built on the commonality of informational needs AFS identified across the financial services industry in the course of its consulting, the AFS Decision Support systems are focused on the identification, quantification, and ongoing measurement of value created.
Today AFS' Integrated Information Reporting is in use at 60% of the top ten banks in the Country and is continuing to be deployed by regional financial institutions at a rapid pace. The three major components of the AFS management information delivery product suite are:
AFS Lender Workstation (LW)
AFS Lender Workstation provides powerful insight into portfolio activity, pricing, industry concentration, total customer and market segment exposure, credit exceptions, runoff, and revenue leakage to facilitate well-informed business decisions that fuel growth, optimize yield, and manage lending risk.
AFS Relationship Manager Workstation (RMW)
Reports all sources of relationship/customer profitability, including product revenue, expenses, allocated overhead, and tax and capital allocations; also calculates NIM, ROE, ROA, and RAROC at the account, Relationship Manager, market, and line of business levels.
AFS Product Manager Workstation
AFS PMW eliminates the burden of working with large, disparate legacy systems to
gather information. It combines raw data from account analysis with the organization's
unique management reporting structure to deliver timely and meaningful information to
the desktop.
